About Us
James Browne BSc (Hons) is a Chartered Building Professional registered with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and is also Regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is therefore, bound by the Code of Practice of both organisations. He is also a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (MFPWS) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Paralegals (A.Inst.Pa).

We can also provide you with a FREE bespoke party wall notice for you to serve on one adjoining neighbour. To do this, we would require the full name (or names) of the adjoining owner (registered owners of the neighbouring property), their postal address and the address of the adjoining property (if different).
​You will also need to include a site plan along with proposed and existing plans and elevations. Engineer's drawings would also be useful. Cross sectional drawings will be required for any new foundations.
